Export
Online Planner
- Any main tab in the planner listing sessions displays a menu on the left like in the example shown below
- Click the Download My Schedule button
- Select ICS Calendar File and save it on your computer where you can easily find the file again.
Native App
- Select the visual Schedule tab
- Tap the menu on the top right
- Select Export Schedule
- Enter the email address where the system should send the ICS file to
- You will then receive an email with your schedule attached in 3 formats: .ics, .pdf, and .csv
Import
iOS
1. Select the attachment or ics file and follow the prompts
Android
To support calendar files, please first install a calendar import app like 'iCal Import/Export CalDAV' from Google Play. Once installed, follow these steps:
1. Press the View button for the attachment in this email
2. Select iCal App when prompted
3. Choose the calendar into which you would like to import the events
4. Press the Import button

1. Save the attached .ics file on your computer
2. In Google Calendar, click the down-arrow next to Other calendars and select Import calendar
3. Click Choose file and find the file that contains your events, then click Open
4. Select the Google Calendar where you'd like to import events, then click Import
Outlook Calendar

1. Save the attached .ics file on your computer
2. Open the Calendar view in Outlook
3. Drag and drop the .ics file onto one of your calendar categories
