How Do I Complete Enrollment and Add ATIV to my Apple Developer Account?

This article only applies to EventPilot Pro Branded or Multi-Event Shell apps. (If you purchased a DIY Subscription, instead review the Distribution > Attendees menu in the CMS.)

ATIV will take care of publishing your app. Simply provide ATIV access to your Apple Developer and App Store Connect accounts:

Apple Developer

1. Go to https://developer.apple.com/account

2. Scroll to App Store Connect section

3. Click Users and Access

4. Click the plus to add a new user

5. Fill in the form:
   1. First Name: Eric
   2. Last Name: Converse
   3. Email: apple@ativsoftware.com
   4. Under the header Roles, check App Manager and Developer
   5. Under Additional Resources, check Access to Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles and Access to Cloud Managed Distribution Certificates
      
6. Click Next
7. If there are any apps we should have access to, check those
8. Click Invite
9. Let your Project Manager know you have invited ATIV to your App Store Connect account.
