How do I see which sessions users had on their schedules?

A key analytics tool is reviewing what sessions specific users added to their schedules during the conference. To view this list, please follow the steps below.


  1. In the CMS, go to Analytics > Usage.
  2. Scroll down to User Activity Statistics and download the User Report CSV file.
  3. The list will show the usernames of all logged-in users with the sessions they added to their schedule (by session ID).


To view overall agenda statistics, please follow the steps below.


  1. In the CMS, go to Analytics > Usage.
  2. Scroll down to Report Downloads and download the Agenda Report CSV.
  3. You will see a list with all of your sessions, complete with how many users added each session to their schedules.
