After importing your latest agenda data, you may see a warning that certain sessions no longer match the virtual sessions that have been generated. This warning may be caused by agenda title, speaker, date, time, or metadata4 (Filter 4) changes.
Please review this article for more information: What happens with my scheduled Zoom event if I update my parent session data?
You can see which session IDs do not match listed in the blue sidebar warning that appears on the Virtual Sessions' Setup page:
To resolve these conflicts, simply go to the Conference App Builder > Add Ons > Virtual Sessions > and toggle ON "Generate Virtual Sessions".
The system will reconcile your updated agenda data with your virtual sessions provider. Note: This may require deleting the original meeting/webinar and generating a new one.
Please see this article for more information on what your speakers will see: Can I make a change to a Zoom Meeting or Webinar? Do speakers need to confirm again?
After the session mis-matches have been resolved, the toggle will automatically turn off. (Refresh the page to see that it has finished and the blue sidebar has disappeared if all mis-matches were resolved.)
