If the agenda data you have imported does not match what has been generated for your Virtual Sessions, you may have received an email warning.  These changes may be caused by agenda title, speaker, date, time, or metadata4 (Filter 4) changes. 

You can see which sessions do not match listed in the blue sidebar warning that appears on the Virtual Sessions' Setup page: 

To resolve these conflicts, go to the Virtual Sessions module in the CMS and toggle ON "Generate Virtual Sessions". This will cause meetings with your virtual sessions provider to be regenerated (if date/time or new Virtual session added/removed) or edit these sessions if there has been a change in title or speaker(s).

After the session mis-matches have been resolved, the toggle will automatically turn off (refresh the page to see that it has finished and the blue sidebar has disappeared if all mis-matches were resolved).
