Using the Speaker Portal, you can request your speakers to upload files that are automatically associated to their presentation and their speaker detail view.
Try it out:
- Open the sample planner https://ativ.me/planner
- On the top right where it says Log in, log in as jill@ativ.me and password test123 (make sure pop ups are allowed as this demo project shows 3rd party SSO)
- Click the Program tab
- Search for the term orals
- Click on the session Posters, Orals, Pre-recorded presentations in the results to open the session detail view. Scroll down to see examples of uploaded speaker content.
- In order to see a Zoom link for a live session, go the session called EventPilot Virtual Experience - Zoom integrated and then click the join button to experience how zoom opens seamlessly within the planner (you can expand the screen from there). The native apps have the same experience.
Try it in the mobile app by installing the "EventPilot Conference App" from the store and enter the code EPDEMO. Then follow the steps as described above for the planner.
