Your Project Manager can set up Content API access per vendor that needs to be able to pull the program and speaker data. A fee per vendor setup applies.
What data is included in the Content API?
Agenda
The following columns are included:
- Session ID
- Session Title
- Session Type
- Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Speaker ID
- Session Description
- Location (Room)
- Session Number
- Parent ID
- Metadata 1 (filter keywords)
- Metadata 2 (filter keywords)
- Metadata 3 (filter keywords)
- Metadata 4 (filter keywords)
Speakers
The following columns are included:
- Speaker ID
- Last Name
- First Name
- Title
- Organization
- Bio
- Metadata 1 (filter keywords)
- Metadata 2 (filter keywords)
- Metadata 3 (filter keywords)
- Metadata 4 (filter keywords)
Exhibitors
The following columns are included:
- Exhibitor ID
- Exhibitor Name
- Location (Booth number)
- Description
- URL
- Logo URL
- Type (generally used for sponsorship level)

How is the data formatted?
Content is comma separated using the CSV format.
How often is the data updated?
Whenever you publish a data update to your live project, the data in your content API is also updated.
Is there a rate limit?
Yes. Please contact your Project Manager.
Can vendor access be removed on request?
Yes. Contact your Project Manager to remove access for a specific vendor.
