Multi-Event Shell App

The EventPilot multi-event shell app is a centralized mobile platform designed for organizations that host multiple meetings or conferences throughout the year. Instead of requiring attendees to search for and download a new standalone app for every individual event, it provides a single, organization-branded "shell" in the app stores where users can browse and download specific event programs as needed. This streamlined approach maintains brand consistency across all meetings, simplifies the user experience by keeping all historical and upcoming event data in one place, and reduces the administrative overhead of managing multiple app store submissions.

FAQ

Can I see future, ongoing and past events in the multi-event shell app?

Yes. The shell displays all actively hosted events.

In what order are the events shown in the multi-event shell app?

You have two options for display:

  1. Default: Within each section, the events are listed in reverse chronological order.
  2. Optional switch to Alphabetical: Within each section, the list of events could be displayed in alphabetical order based on event name. Please contact your Project Manger. A data publish or resubmission is not required for this switch.

Can I have events on different packages within my multi-event shell app?

Yes. Each event is its own project with its own features, graphics, and set up.

Can I purchase a subscription project for my small regional or specialty meetings and have those displayed within my multi-event shell app?

Yes. If you are set up as the owner of the shell project, you will be able to create new projects and choose to have those displayed within your shell project. As an additional benefit for multi-event shell apps, it's possible to apply your existing SSO authentication method to any subscription level, including Fundamentals and Advanced.
