Error when trying to login: "Device time does not match network time."

In order to login and synchronize data from your device with data on the server, your device time must match the time on the server. Device time can differ if it is manually set instead of receiving the current exact time from the cell or WiFi network. 


iOS 

  1. Ensure you have cell or internet connection
  2. Open the Settings app on your device 
  3. Select General > Date & Time > check Set Automatically


Android

  1. Ensure you have cell or internet connection
  2. Open the Settings app on your device
  3. Search for to Date & Time 
  4. Check Automatic date & time (Use network-provided time)

Once your device uses network time, the time on your device and the servers are matched and you will be able to login and synchronize your personal schedule, notes, and stars.


NOTE:

Devices must be set to automatic date and time to make sure the timestamps match between our server and the host device
