I have pinned a location but it's not showing in the app?

For pin drops to work, the name of the pin must match exactly the name of the location in the session data or the booth location in the exhibitor list. 


For example, if a session is in room location Room A and you created a pin called Ballroom A, the app will not find the location. Simply click on the pin in the Mapping > Maps tab to delete the incorrect pin and correct it to match exactly Room A in your dataset. Ensure to not include trailing spaces e.g. Booth 1234  or  Booth 1234 as any additional spaces will not match the data in your program or exhibitor list.
