You must have a working Internet connection to receive content updates. If the network connection is slow or overloaded, the app might temporarily wait a minute to search for available data updates. 


You may have selected to only take data updates via WiFi only and not your cellular data plan. Ensure to log into a WiFi network in order to receive data updates. Alternatively, go to your login settings tab in the app and turn OFF Minimize Cellular Data Use in order to receive data updates via your data plan.


To receive data updates, ensure you have a good network connection and try to force close and restart the app following the instructions below:

  1. Keep pressing the back button on the device until the app asks you if you’d like to exit. 
  2. Press OK
  3. Start the app
