Depending on the way the organizer set up the authentication, you username in the system may match the username from login but it may not, especially if the authentication uses a membership login.
Follow these steps to look up your username:
- Follow the instructions you received from the organizer to install the app and log in
- Once logged in, click on the MORE tab on the bottom and select the About EventPilot tab
- Scroll down until you see the Timezone: field. Your username is displayed below after User:
