How do I convert content from Word into formatted session, speaker, or exhibitor descriptions?

If you have your program or your abstracts available as a Word document with text formatting applied, the content would need to be converted into HTML. It's easy to convert Word content into clean html using a free online editor:

1. Open the following URL in your browser: https://html-online.com/editor/ 

2. Copy the abstract (without the title) and paste it into the left panel in the browser

3. The first line with the speakers turns into a numbered list. Click on that line and then click the numbered list icon to remove the numbered list. 

4. Click the Clean button on the top right

5. Highlight and copy the HTML from the right pane

6. Paste into the Description field in either

   1. Google Sheets (ensure you double click in that field before you paste)

   2. in the Source Code in the description in the CMS
