The app is designed so that a user can switch between multiple devices and be logged in on an iPad, the desktop planner, and an Android phone for example, all at the same time.
This means, that a user could share their personal login with others and those other people access the personal schedule and notes of the user. At the same time, they also have access to the Webinar or Meeting links.
In case a user joins from multiple devices, the Zoom Webinar or Meeting hosts would see multiple instances of the same name in the participant list.
