How do I download my virtual session recordings?

To download the recordings of your virtual sessions after the conference is over, follow these steps.

1. Log into your Zoom account > click My Account if necessary
2. On the left side of the screen, click on Recordings
3. Choose between Cloud or Local recordings (if using Zoom integration with EventPilot, the recordings are cloud recordings)
4. If necessary, use the Advanced Search to add a date range or other filters
5. On a given recording, click on the ... (meatball menu) to the right
6. Click the Download option to save the recording to your computer.
