How do I edit or delete content or web links that an exhibitor added?

As the organizer, you can overwrite any changes that exhibitor made by using the App Builder. As long as you have the exhibitor portal enabled though, the exhibitor can continue making changes to their organization profile. Disassociating a particular contact from an organization will remove that user from making further edits. 

Editing Detail View Fields

1. In the App Builder, select Expo > Exhibitors 
2. Use the search to find the exhibitor where you want to overwrite their edits
3. Click the Pencil icon to edit any fields that appear in the exhibitor detail view
4. Save 
5. Publish a data update to push your changes live

Editing or Removing Media Items

1. In the App Builder, select Expo > Exhibitors 
2. Use the search to find the exhibitor where you want to overwrite their edits
3. Click on the Media ID
   Note: clicking the red x next to the media ID only temporarily unlinks the media item from the exhibitor record. In order to completely remove a media item, you must delete the item itself.
4. The media item detail view opens and you can now either edit or delete the media item:
   1. Click the pencil icon to edit the media item
   2. Click the trash can icon to delete the media item
5. Publish a data update to push your changes live

Stop an Exhibitor from Making Edits

If you wish to keep the Exhibitor Portal enabled for other exhibitors to update their profiles, but you want to stop one particular contact from making changes, you can disassociate that contact from the organization profile. 

1. In the App Builder, select Add Ons > Exhibitor Portal
2. Select the Contacts tab
3. Search for the contact you wish to block
4. Select the Pencil icon to edit
5. Remove the associated organization
6. Click Save
