Starting with the summer release 2024, users are automatically limited to 50 unanswered chat requests. Once they reach this limit, they are unable to continue sending messages to new contacts.
If you still need to block a user, you can do that via the Conference App Builder:
- Log in to the Conference App Builder and access your Project
- Choose User Moderation from the sidebar
- Search for the user's name you wish to prevent from participating in public and/or private chats
- Press the Block User button
If you have blocked a user by mistake, you can return to the User Moderation page and choose Unblock User.
