You may need to update your browser privacy settings of your browser:
In Chrome:
- Select Chrome > Preferences
- Settings > Show Advanced Settings
- Check the boxes to Enable Autofill and to Save passwords.
In Safari
- Select Safari > Preferences > Passwords
- Check the box for Autofill user names and passwords
In Firefox
- Select Firefox > Preferences > Security
- Check Remember logins for sites
