Below are the common reasons why a video or linked web page does not function:
No Internet Connection
Any links to external content such as websites, PDF files, or videos require an internet connection to access. Please make sure you are connected before opening linked content.
Not logged in
If you are prompted with a login dialog, the content is password protected and you will need to sign in to access it.
VPN is active
If you receive a timeout error page on Android or a page asking to enable Cookies and Javascript on iOS, your VPN is turned ON. Turn the VPN OFF and try again.

URL entered in Search field
If you received the URL for the web app, ensure to enter the provided URL directly into your browser address bar, not into a search engine field.
The web version also requires an internet connection, so confirm that your device is online before opening the event link.
