Modified on Mon, 01 Aug 2022 at 08:10 PM

UDIDs are only necessary for iOS devices. (Note: iPod Touch is not supported for proof access with UDIDs.)

If you previously installed a profile, you will need to delete that profile prior to moving forward with any of the options below. Please follow these steps to check for a profile:

1. Go to the Settings app on your device and select Downloaded Profile

2. Select Delete and remove the profile form your device.

3. Move forward with one of the options below

If you have not previously installed a profile or do not see a Downloaded Profile, please move forward with one of the options below.

  • Ensure you’re on the Summary tab.

Depending on your version of iTunes, you may need to select the device icon to display the device summary screen.

Mac running the latest OSes move this functionality into the Finder app.

  • Open Finder
  • Plug in your iOS device
