I need to free up space on my device. How can I do so while still preserving my conference app data?

Some mobile devices may have limited storage space, so you may wish to temporarily uninstall the app or use an alternate option.

1. Log in to back up your data and sync it to other devices

2. Use the web app
   
   1. EventPilot offers a web-based version of the app. Contact your conference organizer for the link. 
3. iOS offers the option to Offload Apps, or uninstall the app itself while retaining data.
   
   1. Settings > General > [Device] Storage > Select the Conference App > choose Offload App
