How do I show closed captioning / transcription / subtitles while presenting?

You can offer captions, subtitles, or transcription in several ways depending on how you are presenting. Zoom can also support language interpretation when that feature is enabled for the event.

In Zoom

If closed captioning is enabled in Zoom, the meeting host may designate a participant to type captions live during the event.

In PowerPoint or Google Slides

Both PowerPoint and Google Slides support live closed captions while you are presenting. This YouTube video demonstrates automatic closed captions.
