For privacy reasons, all unique user data tracking requires user consent.

You can however anonymously collect aggregate clicks on links going to external webpages.

If the web page goes to your domain and you have Google Analytics

If you have access to your own Google Analytics, you can create a URL with the Campaign URL builder. Then build your Google Analytics reports based on your campaign for the URL.

If the web page goes to another domain you do not control

Use a URL shortener that can track clicks. URL shorteners create a short version of your long final destination URL. Use the short URL in the EvenPilot Content Management System. When a user then clicks the URL, the shortener redirects to the final URL and counts the click for you. Try bit.ly or Ow.ly
